St-Germain is a French liqueur made from elderflower petals. The flowers are hand-picked in late spring, once a year, from the Savoie region of France. Each bottle contains up to 1,000 elderflower blossoms, and the year the petals were collected is numbered on the bottle. St-Germain has a delicate flavor with notes of peach, pear, and grapefruit, enhanced by the elderflower.
